  1. To make {span class="bold1"}instant suji handvo{/span}, combine rava, dahi and ½ cup of water. Mix well and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the mixed vegetable, beetroot, carrot, bottle gourd, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, coriander, sugar, salt to taste and mix well.
  3. Now add eno, ¼ cup water and mix gently.
  4. Heat 2 tsp oil in a kadhai, add mustard seeds, sesame seeds and 2 to 3 curry leaves.
  5. Once crackled, add the handva batter and cover with a lid and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
  6. Flip and cook on both the sides until golden brown and crisp.
  7. Serve {span class="bold1"}instant suji handvo{/span} hot with green chutney.

how to make batter for instant suji handva

  1. To make instant suji handvo, in a deep bowl, add 1 cup semolina (rava / sooji)
  2. Add ½ cup dahi.
  3. Add ½ cup of water.
  4. Mix well and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  5. Add ¼ cup chopped and boiled mixed vegetables.
  6. Add ¼ cup grated beetroot.
  7. Add ¼ cup grated carrot.
  8. Add ¼ cup grated bottle gourd (doodhi / lauki).
  9. Add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste.
  10. Add 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies.
  11. Add 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania).
  12. Add 1 tsp sugar.
  13. Add salt to taste.
  14. Add ¼ cup water.
  15. Mix well.
  16. Now add 1 tsp eno.
  17. Add water.
  18. Mix gently.
