The combination of spicy ginger powder with sweet jaggery is a real treat to the taste buds, but more importantly these two magic ingredients activate the digestive enzymes and help to cleanse the intestinal tracts too, which makes the Jaggery and Dried Ginger Balls a great antidote for stomach ache.


You can prepare some of these balls and keep them handy, to have two portions daily before going to bed for a few days till you are fine.

Hello, I’ve tried this recipe two three times but it is really tough to form balls out of it. The mixture doesn’t stick together.

   Hi keshita, make sure the jaggery is grated and not broken into small pieces. mix well with your hands until it all comes together and immediately shape them. Please try this solution and share your feedback.

the taste of soonth is very dominating but jaggery helps to balance it out... quick to make and a great home remedy....
