A spicy and healthy kabuli chana chaat recipe which is sure to tingle your taste buds. A combination of boiled kabuli chana or Chole and potatoes tossed together with a tangy chaat masala makes the kabuli chana chaat, a protein rich and tasty chaat recipe which can also be enjoyed as chana salad with breads.

1 1/2 cups boiled potatoes
1 cup boiled kabuli chana (white chick peas)
1 large tomato, deseeded and finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1 cup beaten curds (dahi)
1/2 cup sev
1/4 cup Boondi
10 Pani Puri (coarsly crushed)
2 tbsp Sweet Chutney
2 tbsp Mint Chutney
1 tbsp chaat masala
2 green chillies, chopped
1/4 cup chopped coriander (dhania) leaves
Method
- Peel and chop the potatoes into small cubes.
- Mix all the ingredients except sev and pani puri well.
- Put in a serving bowl and sprinkle with sev and crushed pani puri.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve with chutney(optional in case one requires more)
