Kele ki Subji is a vegetable recipe with unripe bananas cut into discs and then stir fried with hing and zeera powder. Enjoy with roti or appam.
Kele ki Subji recipe - How to make Kele ki Subji
Preparation Time: 5 MIN Cooking Time: 7 MIN Total Time:
3 ripe bananas
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
1 tsp chilli powder
salt to taste
1 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
Method
- Cut bananas in roundels.
- Heat oil in a pan add jeera to itwhen crackle add haldi ,dhana and chili powder.
- Add 1 cup water to it and let it boil.
- Add banana and cook for 1 min.
- Now add amchoor sugar and salt.
- Serve immediately with parantha of your choice.
