1 kg deseeded dates (khajur)
50 gms almonds (badam)
50 gms cashewnuts (kaju)
250 gms sesame seeds (til)
50 gms raisins (kismis)
100 gms edible gum (gaund)
50 gms pistachios
100 gms dried figs (anjeer)
100 gms dry coconut (kopra)
200 gms sugar / jaggery (gur)
150 gms pure cow ghee

- Cut the dates into small pieces.cut almonds,cashewnuts,raisins,pista,anjir,dry cocunut into small pieces.
- Cooking: heat the ghee in a pan,put gaundh and fry till it blows, take it out and keep for cooling.now add all the ingriedients except khajjor and gaundh and fry till golden brown.now add the kahjoor and sugar and fry for 5-10 minutes till the sugar melts.crush the gaungh and add to this.
- Allow this to cool for 30 minutes and make ladoos from it.
