Kharik Ladoo recipe - How to make Kharik Ladoo

4 dry coconuts (kopra) , grated
200 gms dry dates (kharek) (seedless)
100 gms almonds (badam)
1/2 kg jaggery (gur)
100 gms cashewnuts (kaju)
1/2 tsp nutmeg (jaiphal) powder
1/2 tsp cloves (laung / lavang) powder
100 gms edible gum (gaund)
250 gms ghee
Method
- Roast coconut(grated ) with 1 table spoon ghee till brown and then powder it.
- Powder dry dates and roast with ghee for 10 minutes.
- Fry jali antu in ghee.
- Powder badam.
- Take kadhai, put jaggery and little water and prepare syrup.
- when it becomes 1 thread consistency add all other ingradients and make ladoos.
