4 cups thickly grated carrot
4 tbsp ghee
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/2 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
1 tbsp almond (badam) slivers
1 tbsp chopped cashew nut (kaju)
1 tbsp pistachio slivers
