Kutoo Kadhi recipe - How to make Kutoo Kadhi

Ingredients

1/4 cup rajgira flour
2 potatoes , boiled , peeled and mashed
salt to taste
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
2 to 3 green chillies , finely chopped
1 tsp dried ginger (soonth) powder
1 tsp ghee
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)

Method
    Method
  1. Combine the flour and 2 cups of water in a pan and mix well.
  2. Cook on a slow flame and when it starts boiling, add the potatoes, salt and pepper, mix well and cook till the kadhi becomes thick.
  3. Heat ghee in a small pan and add the cumin seeds and green chillies.
  4. When the seeds crackle, pour this tempering to the kadhi and mix well.
  5. Serve hot.
