Lemon Cooler

A refreshing lemon drink enhanced with the addition of rose water and mint leaves.
Lemon Cooler recipe - How to make Lemon Cooler
Preparation Time: 1 to 2 Minutes Cooking Time: 0 Minutes Total Time:
Makes 4 glasses
6 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp lemon juice
a few drops of rose water
4 to 6 ice-cubes
a few mint leaves (phudina) for the garnish
Method
- Main Procedure
- Combine the sugar and ½ cup of water in a pan and simmer till the sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from the flame and keep aside to cool.
- Add the lemon juice, rose water, ice-cubes and 3 cups of water and blend in a mixer till frothy.
- Pour into 4 individual glasses and serve chilled garnished with mint leaves.

the lemon cooler is very refreshing. the rose water and the mint leaves gives it the correct flavour. also if the drink is too lemony one can increase the amount of sugar init .
At first I though how different could lemon cooler be from our very own nimbu paani! But it is so much more than that! I loved the rose-lemon-mint combo!
