Ingredients

35 gms roasted unsalted peanuts
2 red chillies , chopped
1 stalk lemon grass , chopped
1/2 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
1/4 cup olive oil (or more)
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste

Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till the mixture turns smooth.
  2. Serve immediately or store refrigerated.
