Makes 2 to 3 servings
2 tbsp chopped garlic (lehsun)
1/4 cup sliced onions
1 tsp chopped ginger (adrak)
1/4 cup sliced tomatoes
1 sliced capsicum
1 sliced red or yellow capsicum
200 gms diagonally cut french beans
100 gms chopped cauliflower
100 gms shredded cabbage
1 tsp oil
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
salt to taste

- Method
- Heat oil on high flame.
- Sauté onions garlic ginger for 1 minute.
- Add all other ingredients mix well cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
