Ingredients

1 cup rice flour (chawal ka atta)
1 tbsp ginger-green chilli paste
2 tbsp cream
2 tbsp sour curds (khatta dahi)
2 tsp sesame seeds (til)
salt to taste
water for kneading the dough
oil for deep frying

    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients and add water to knead into a medium soft dough.
  2. Put the dough in the chakri machine and make chakris and deep fry in hot oil on a medium flame till golden.
  3. Cool and store in an air tight container.
