Makes 4 servings
1 cup tender coconut meat , chopped
1 tbsp plain flour (maida)
1/2 tbsp cornflour
1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
1 tbsp green chilli paste
salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
oil for frying
Method
- Method
- In a bowl put plain flour, cornflour, salt , chilli powder ,ginger garlic and green chilli paste and mix well.
- ADd the coconut meat in this dry mix and coat properly.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry in hot oil till crisp.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
