Ingredients


300 gms mango pulp
100 ml whipped cream
50 gms black currants, soaked in sugar syrup
150 gms sugar
200 gms ginger crumble

Method

  1. Blend cream with mango pulp and sugar.
  2. Put the ginger crumble in the glass.
  3. Pour the cream and mango mixture over.
  4. Granish with soaked black currents.
  5. Refrigrate and serve.
