300 gms mango pulp
100 ml whipped cream
50 gms black currants, soaked in sugar syrup
150 gms sugar
200 gms ginger crumble
Method
- Blend cream with mango pulp and sugar.
- Put the ginger crumble in the glass.
- Pour the cream and mango mixture over.
- Granish with soaked black currents.
- Refrigrate and serve.
