Makes 1 serving
2 cups boiled and pureed carrots
2 cups mango pulp
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
water as required
1 tbsp ghee
2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
2 bayleaf
To Garnish
roasted almonds (badam) and roasted quick cooking rolled oats
Method
- Method
- Heat the ghee in a deep pan and add the cumin seeds and bay leaf and saute.
- Add all other ingredients and bring to boil.
- Adjust the consistency with water and simmer for a minute.
- Serve it garnish with oats and almonds.
