Mango Khus Sherbat, in this sherbat their is unique combination of khus with mango. This remedy is exclusively for this summer where North Indian states are under the blazing sun.

Makes 3 glasses
1 raw mango
3 tbsp jaggery (gur)
4 cups water
2 tsp khus syrup (readily available in the market)
pinch of salt
ice cubes as required
Method
- Method
- Boil the raw mango and take the pulp and mash it well and keep aside.
- Now in a mixer jar add the jaggery, 1 cup water, mashed mango, khus syrup and salt and grind grind to a smooth texture.
- Transfer the mixture into a vessel add the remaining water and stir well so that all the ingredients are uniformly mixed.
- Put ice cubes in the serving glass, pour the prepared sherbat and serve chilled.
