A deep textured mango flavored recipe. Pannacotta is an Italian dessert.
Mango Panna Cotta recipe - How to make Mango Panna Cotta

Makes 4 serving
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup mango pulp
1 tsp chopped agar-agar dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water
1/4 cup sugar
For Garnish
1/2 cup chopped mangoes
2 tsp condensed milk
a pinch nutmeg (jaiphal) powder
Method
- Method
- Combine the cream and sugar and cook on a slow flame.
- Add the dissolved agar - agar and mango puree, mix well and pour it into individual serving bowls or a main serving bowl and cool.
- Keep it to set it in a refrigerator.
- Combine the mango pieces, jaiphal and condensed milk and warm it up for few minutes.
- Cool and refrigerate.
- While serving garnish the set panna cotta with the above mixture.
