Plain protein rich soya milk may be boring, but your kids just can’t resist it when blended with vitamin a rich mango pulp. Believe me; they’ll come asking for more!

Mango Soya Milkshake recipe - How to make Mango Soya Milkshake

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:    Makes 2 glasses

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups chilled unflavoured soya milk
1 cup chilled mango pulp
1 1/2 tbsp sugar

For The Garnish
2 tbsp chopped mangoes

Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients together in a mixer and blend till smooth. Refrigerate to chill.
  2. Pour into individual glasses and serve immediately garnished with chopped mangoes.

  1. 1¼ cups of chopped mangoes gives approximately
  2. 1 cup of mango pulp.

I agree! My young cousins return hungry and famished after a swim in the pool. Mango Soya milkshake is completely filling, nutritious and by far the fastest snack you can offer kids! Works well for adults too! :D

growing kids need a lot of nutrition especially protein, this milkshake does real wonders for kids. my daughter goes skating every alternate day when she comes back she needs something filling as well as healthy i usually make milkshakes or some snack for her. soyamilk has a distinct flavour but mango pulp masks its flavour and mango pieces add some excitement. once i served topped with a scoop of vanila icecream and some more mango pieces....it was a real treat!
