Makes about 1 teacup.
1 whole egg
150 ml salad oil
1 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
1/2 tsp salt
a pinch of black pepper (kalimirch) powder
Method
- Method
- Place all the ingredients (which should be at room temperature) in the liquidiser and churn for 1 minute.
- If the mixture is not as thick as desired, turn again to maximum speed, remove lid and pour a little oil.
- Store in a refrigerator.
