Ingredients


1 cup papaya scoops (preferably the red variety)
1 1/2 cups muskmelon (kharbooja) scoops
1 1/2 cups watermelon (tarbuj) scoops

To be blended into a honey-ginger dressing
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp ginger (adrak) juice
1/4 tsp crushed pepper
salt to taste

For the garnish
mint sprigs

Method
    Main Procedure
  1. Arrange the scooped fruits in a bowl, pour the dressing and toss gently.
  2. Refrigerate till chill and serve garnished with mint sprigs.
