Melon medley, muskmelon is also known as canteloupe or rockmelon. It is no wonder that the cantaloupe with its refreshingly rich flavour and aroma and minimal calories is the most popular variety of melon. It is an excellent source of vitamin a, potassium and vitamin b3 (niacin). Glass used: rock glass

Makes 4 glasses
2 cups muskmelon (kharbooja) cubes
1 cup orange juice
2 tsp lemon juice
1 cup crushed ice
For The Garnish
8 cherries , with stem
4 muskmelon wedges

- Method
- Combine all the ingredients, except the crushed ice, in a mixer and blend to a smooth juice, using little water if required.
- In each rock glass, place ΒΌ cup of crushed ice and pour equal quantity of the juice over it.
- Serve immediately garnished with 2 cherries and a melon wedge.

- If the muskmelon is not sweet, add 2 tbsp of sugar in step 1.
