Ingredients


1 tsp fenugreek (methi) seeds
1 cup rice (chawal)
1/2 cup jaggery (gur)
salt- a pinch
2 glasses coconut milk

Method

  1. Wash rice
  2. Add mthi dana and salt
  3. Preassurecook with 2 whistles
  4. Let it cool
  5. Add jaggery and coconutmilk and boil the cooked rice.
