1 tsp fenugreek (methi) seeds
1 cup rice (chawal)
1/2 cup jaggery (gur)
salt- a pinch
2 glasses coconut milk
Method
- Wash rice
- Add mthi dana and salt
- Preassurecook with 2 whistles
- Let it cool
- Add jaggery and coconutmilk and boil the cooked rice.
