Makes 2 glasses.
1 cup melon balls
1 cup seedless grapes
2 tsp orange squash
2 tsp chopped mint leaves (phudina)
1 mint sprig for decoration
Method
- Method
- Mix the orange squash and 2 teaspoons of water.
- Put the melon balls and grapes in the glass and then add the orange squash and the mint leaves.
- Chill.
- Just before serving, decorate with a sprig of mint.
