Makes 15 kulfis
400 ml cool whip
200 ml condensed milk
200 ml milk powder
1/4 cup coarsely crushed pistachios
2 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
Method
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Transfer into kulfi moulds and keep in the freezer to set.
- Demould and serve chilled.
