Mint mango panna is truly an amazing summer drink recipe with delectable mango flavoured mixed with cool mint taste.
Mint Mango Panna recipe - How to make Mint Mango Panna
Preparation Time: 30 minutes (except chilling time) Cooking Time: Total Time:
250 gms (2 nos.) raw mangoes
5 tbsp powdered sugar
600 ml water
1 tsp salt
3 to 4 pinches of black salt (sanchal)
1/4 tsp dried ginger powder (soonth)
1/4 tsp black pepper (kalimirch) powder
1/4 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 pinch of chilli powder
1 pinch of asafoetida (hing)
10 to 12 mint (phudina) leaves, crushed into paste
Method
- Wash, wipe and roast whole mangoes on a mesh over a gas,stove or coal burner.
- Skin of mangoes should get somewhat charred, and its insides, soft and pulpy.
- Cool a bit, carefully remove skin, mash pulp well.
- Dicard stones, add water, mix and strain.
- Mix other ingredients.
- Chill for at least 2-3 hours.
- Just before serving, put crushed or fruit icecubes in tall glasses and pour.
