1/4 kg dates (khajur)
lemon juice
2 tsp black pepper (kalimirch) powder
2 tsp black salt (sanchal)
salt to taste
2 tbsp powdered sugar
2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
Method
- Deseed dates cut lenght wise.
- Soak it in lemon juice over night
- Next day add all masalas
- Mix and serve as aachar too.
