    Main Procedure
  1. Roast the red chillies on a pan, add 2 tablespoons water and blend to a smooth paste in a mixer. Keep aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok on a high flame; add the spring onion whites, garlic and red and yellow capsicum and stir-fry for a couple of minutes.
  3. Add the prepared red chilli paste, mushrooms and salt and stir-fry till the mushrooms are almost done.
  4. Add the basil leaves, lemon juice, cream and spring onion greens and stir-fry for a couple of minutes.
  5. Serve immediately.
