Makes 20 to 30 servings
250 gms lemon
2 tsp salt
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chilli powder
200 gms sugar
1 tsp dried ginger (soonth) powder
2 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) powder
1 tsp black salt (sanchal)
4 cloves (laung / lavang)
Method
- Method
- Cut the lemon into in 4 pieces and add salt to it.
- Keep it for about few minutes or until its water comes out.
- Put it in a wok and keep it on gas, without stirring it.
- As it will boil n bubbles comes put off the gas.
- Cool it.
- On next day add the spices and keep aside for 2-3 days.
