  1. Cut the lemon into in 4 pieces and add salt to it.
  2. Keep it for about few minutes or until its water comes out.
  3. Put it in a wok and keep it on gas, without stirring it.
  4. As it will boil n bubbles comes put off the gas.
  5. Cool it.
  6. On next day add the spices and keep aside for 2-3 days.

Hi . Thanks for the recipe. I am planning to try it . Can you please clarify when to add the sugar. The recipe doesn''t mention that. Thanks

   After marinating lemon, add all the ingredients and then cook in the wok while stirring.
