Makes 4 to 5 servings
1 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1 tbsp grated cabbage
1 tbsp grated cauliflower
1 tbsp grated capsicum
1 tbsp grated paneer (cottage cheese)
1 tomato , grated or finely chopped
1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1 tsp sugar
salt to taste

- Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well and knead into a soft dough, adding enough water,
- Divide the dough into small equal portions and shape them into small round parathas.
- Heat a tava and cook each paratha using oil till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
- Serve hot.
