Though lemon juice is less in quantity, it is a very important ingredient, as it breaks down the sourness and adjusts the taste. . Orange juice may always very for its sourness so make sure you taste the sauce before you serve to your loved ones’.

Makes 0.75 cup
3/4 cup orange juice
2 tbsp orange squash
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cornflour
1/4 tsp lemon juice
Method
- Method
- Combine the orange juice, orange squash, sugar and cornflour in a broad non-stick pan, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 6 to 7 minutes, while stirring continuously.
- Allow the sauce to cool completely. Once cooled add the lemon juice and mix gently.
- Use as required.

A yummy tangy flavored Orange sauce, i poured this on pancake and sundae icecream, for my guests, they just loved the citrus flavor on the desert. I will try this on more deserts.
