Makes 4 servings
2 cups chopped spinach (palak)
1 cup chopped red pumpkin (bhopla / kaddu)
1/2 tsp black salt (sanchal)
1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 tsp chilli powder
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
2 cups fresh thick curds (dahi)

- Method
- Heat 1 tsp oil in pan, add the spinach and saute till they shrink well.
- Cool and combine with the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Serve chilled.
