Palak is excellent for eyes. Can prepare parathas for children without chillies. I am very much sure there be no need of wearing specks.

Makes 4 servings
2 cups chopped spinach (palak)
2 to 3 green chillies , chopped
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
salt to taste
1/4 cup curds (dahi)
2 cups whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
ghee for cooking
Method
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and knead into a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll them into a circle of 5" diameter.
- Heat a tava and cook each paratha using little ghee, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
- Serve hot.
