Makes 4 servings
For The Dough
1 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1 cup plain flour (maida)
salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
For The Stuffing
1 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
1 cup grated processed cheese
1 cup finely chopped spring onions
1 tsp chaat masala
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
salt to taste
3 green chillies , finely chopped
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
oil for cooking

- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and knead into a soft dough using enough water and keep aside.

- Divide the dough into small equal portions and roll them into small round chapatis of 4" diameter.
- Place the stuffing on the first roti and spread evenly.
- Cover with the other roti prepared and press the edges well.
- Again roll with light hands and roast on a hot tava using little oil till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
- Serve hot with butter.
