Ingredients


2 to 3 carrots
2 capsicums
5 to 6 medium sized potatoes
1 1/2 onion
4 to 5 medium sized tomatoes
8 to 10 small cauliflower florets
small packet green peas
1/2 " ginger (adrak)
everest pav bhaji masala
amul butter
2 dozen pav/bread
coriander (dhania) leaves

Method

  1. Boil potatoes and peel them off.
  2. Cut onions finely and leave it aside.
  3. Cut tomatoes finely and leave them aside.
  4. Cut capsicum, cauliflower,carrots.
  5. Take capsicum, carrots, peas and cauliflower and steam them
  6. Nicely in pressure cooker.
  7. Grate a piece of ginger and leave it aside.
  8. Keep a kadai on stove with some oil.
  9. Heat the oil
  10. Add the grated ginger
  11. After the oil is hot add
  12. Onions and fry them till they turn pinkish in color.
  13. Add tomatoes and fry them.
  14. Then add add all the boiled vegetables and stir
  15. Then finally add peel and crushed potatoes to it.
  16. Stir it nicely and add the everest pav bhaji masala.
  17. Put around 3-4tablespoons of pav bhaji masala.
  18. Add a little red chilli powder.
  19. Then add a turmeric(pinch)
  20. Then add salt according to taste and stir.
  21. Stir it for around 15-20 minutes and use a masher to mash the bhaji.
  22. Add some lemon juice.
  23. Bhaji is ready and add some butter from top and add cut corriander.
  24. Heat pav with butter on tava
  25. And serve hot.
