4. INGREDIENTS :
· Fresh green peas : 200 gms.
· Sugar : 200 gms {To be dissolved in about 50 ml of boiled water}
· Milk : 300 ml.
· Cornflour : 1 tbsp.
· Pineapple essence : 1 tsp.
· Ghee : 1 tbsp.
· Green food colour : a pinch

- 6. method : ü pressure cook peas until one whistle. ü grind the cooked peas to a fine paste, adding a little water. ü saute the paste in ghee until the raw aroma of peas disappears. ü add the boiled milk to this paste ,then add the dissolved sugar. ü mix the cornflour in a small quantity of boiled milk and add
