Plum Punch recipe - How to make Plum Punch

Makes 2 to 3 servings
10 plums
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp black salt (sanchal)
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
2 tbsp chopped cherries
1 tbsp grated apple
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
3 tbsp chopped watermelon (tarbuj)
For The Garnish

Method
- Method
- Wash plums, in a bowl pressure cook plums and sugar for 4 whistles.
- Cool it at room temperature.
- Sieve the mixture so that nice pulp is extracted.
- In another bowl, mix plum pulp, lemon juice, black salt,
- cumin seeds powder, cherry,salt, watermelon cubes, add water half glass, blend it to get a smooth puree.
- Serve in a glass with ice cubes, grated apple and pineapple pieces.
