Makes 5 to 15 servings
10 to 15 small onions
100 ml water
salt to taste
1 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
1 tsp split mustard seeds (rai na kuria)
1 tsp chilli powder
1 1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)

- Method
- Peel the onions and make four slits upto half on the onions.
- Then in a bottle pour all the ingredients and mix well.
- Within 2-3 days this is ready to eat.
- Similary we can prepare gajar ka aachar aslo.
