Makes 4 serving
1/2 cup soaked and boiled rajma (kidney beans)
1/2 cup boiled , peeled and grated potatoes
1/4 cup chopped onions
chopped garlic (lehsun)
1 chopped green chillies
1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
1/4 cup rice flour (chawal ka atta)
oil for deep-frying
Method
- Method
- Blend the rajma in a mixer to a coarse paste.
- Mix rajma along with the remaining ingredients, except oil, in a deep bowl and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into balls and deep-fry in hot oil till golden brown in colour from all sides.
- Serve immediately.
