A colorful display of different ice creams served over each other with assorted sauces in the Rangeela dessert recipe. A lovely dessert item which is going to pamper your sweet buds and compel you to ask for more.

4 tbsp Vanilla Ice-cream
4 tbsp Strawberry Ice-Cream
4 tbsp pista ice cream
2 tbsp finely chopped mixed nuts ( almonds, pistachois, cashewnuts)
10 to 15 raisins (kismis)
2 cream wafer biscuits (any flavour except chocolate)
2 cherries
1/2 cup custard powder (prepared as per the instructions given)
1 apple
1 banana
10 grapes
1/4 cup finely chopped pineapple
Cake (not chocolate cake)
Method
- Take 2 glass bowls.
- Cut cake into thin slices, banana and pineapple also into thin slices.
- In the bowls place the cake slices to cover the base.
- Arrange the icecreams,nuts,custard,fruits beautifully to give a colourful look.
- Serve with cherry and wafers on the top.
