This is a simple recipe inspired from our angoori basundi. Good for summers. And making it with mango pulp will make it a festive day for all at home. To make it more festive top it with soft white butter or fresh scoop of ice cream and nuts.

Makes 4 to 6 servings
4 cups beaten curds (dahi)
10 small rasgulla , squeezed
4 tbsp milk masala powder
4 tbsp powdered sugar
water as required
To Garnish
2 tbsp blanched and pistachio slivers
4 tbsp cream
Method
- Method
- Add milk masala and sugar to beaten curd and mix well.
- Adjust the consistency with water.
- Add rasgullas to it and keep it soaked for some time.
- Serve it in individual servings garnished with fresh white butter and pista slices.
