Makes 1 cup
1/2 cup peeled and grated raw mango
1/2 cup grated white onions
3 tbsp grated jaggery (gur)
1/4 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp salt
Method
- Main procedure
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and keep aside till the jaggery melts.
- Cover and refrigerate till required. This chutney will last for 1 to 2 days in the refrigerator.
