Dal-baati is a typical Rajasthani treat and incomplete without the quintessential "Churma". It is made using coarsely ground wheat flour, besan or maize flour. The most common of all is the wheat flour churma that can be is shaped into Churma ladoo and can be stored too. The texture of ladoo is enhanced by adding sesame seeds and dryfruits.
