Ridge gourd(dodka) dosa is prepared by mixing the rice and lentils with ridge gourd to prepare a batter. This ridge gourd batter is then spread on a tawa and cooked to a crispy dosa finish.

1 cup raw rice (chawal)
1 kg ridge gourd (turai)
4 to 5 green chillies
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
salt as per taste
Method
- Soak rice for 4-5 hrs.peel the ridge gourd and then cut into big pieces.grind all the ingredients along with the ridge gourd.
- U r dosa batter is ready for preparing delicious dosas which will have the ridge gourd flavour.and also be tasty.
