1 cup icing sugar

- Method
- Put the egg-whites in a deep bowl, and beat it using an electric beater on a medium speed for 1 minute.
- Add the icing sugar gradually to the egg-whites and keep beating with an electric beater on a medium speed for 3 minutes.
- Use as required.
