This recipe is very useful to make mango pickle & to eat with khakhara too. by using this recipe now I can do mango pickle at home only thank u.

2 tbsp asafoetida (hing)
2 tbsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1 cup oil
Method
- Heat the oil to boiling point &cool completely.
- Combine all the other ingredients in a thali & pour the oil over.
- Mix well &store in an airtight container.
