Serves 10.
750 gms black grapes
3 tbsp sugar
3/4 cup fresh orange juice
400 ml lemonade, chilled
1 apple, sliced
1 orange, segmented
Method
- Method
- Slice the grapes, mix them with the sugar and keep overnight.
- Next day, extract the grape juice using a muslin cloth.
- Combine all the ingredients except lemonade.
- While serving, mix the lemonade.
- Serve immediately.
