Mango and Pineapple Smoothie

This easy smoothie can be prepared instantly by combining mango and pineapple with bananas. We advice using readymade juices for this smoothie, as you can rest assured it will not end up sour or watery. If you prefer to use fresh fruits, you will have to vary the quantity of sugar accordingly. Don’t forget to add salt and pepper to the Mango and Pineapple Smoothie as it helps highlight the fruity flavours.

Makes 2 glasses
3/4 cup readymade chilled mango juice
3/4 cup readymade chilled pineapple juice
1/2 cup sliced bananas
1 tbsp sugar
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth and frothy.
- Pour into 2 individual glasses and serve immediately.
