Ingredients

4 small boiled sweet potatoes
250 gms beaten whipped cream
4 tbsp condensed millk
1/2 cup milk
few strands of saffron (kesar) strands dissolved in milk
a pinch of cardamom (elaichi) powder
1 tsp gelatin dissolved in hot water

For Garnish
cubes of grilled sweet potato (shakarkand)
whipped cream

Method
    Method
  1. Grate and mash properly sweet potato and pass it through sieve so that all fibres and lump come out.
  2. Heat the milk in a deep pan and lump free sweet potato in a wok.
  3. Cook for 5 mins and add condensed milk.
  4. Cook for another 2-3 mins and switch off the flame.
  5. Add cardomon powder. Allow it to cool.
  6. Now whip cream till peak comes out. No need to add icing sugar as we have used condensed milk.
  7. Now add gelatin mixture and saffron to cream and fold sweet potato mixture into cream.
  8. Now empty the mixture in serving bowls and refrigerate it.
  9. At the time of serving garnish with cubes of grilled sweet potato and whipped cream
