moong sprouts 1 cup
soy granules 1/2 cup
rotis 4
green chillies 2
shredded cabbage 1/4 cup
shredded carrot 1/4 cup
salt and pepper (kalimirch) to taste
tomato ketchup
oil

Method

  1. Soak soy granules in water for ten minutes, drain and keep aside.heat one tblsp oil in a pan,put green chillies,moong sprouts and carrot and saute for few minutes.add soy granules,and cabbage and salt and pepper and saute for 2 min, remove from fire. on a tawa spread a little oil, then put a roti,put this filling in the middle,and roll the roti fro
