200 gms baby corn
To be mixed into a marinade
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp grated garlic
1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
1 tsp oil
1 tsp cornflour
3 tbsp curds (dahi)
salt to taste
For serving
1/2 cup chopped spring onions
lemon wedges
